If you have ever swept down the curves of Glen Coe towards the setting sun

If you have breathed the bracing salty air as you crossed the sea to Skye

If you have smelled the pine of Highland forest as you negotiate the bumps and bends of remote tracks

If you have ever experienced that surge of adrenalin that helps you get round steep, hairpin bends that would not be out of place in the Alps

If you have been awed by the scale of Scapa Flow and the size of our once great Navy that anchored in its Orcadian sheltered waters

If you have stood in John O'Groats and reflected upon what a beautiful United Kingdom we live in

If you have curved, swerved, throttled and bottled around the Highlands and Islands as I did in August 2014 then you must be a biker too!
