On this tour, we cover 920 miles in five days, starting in Gretna Green and finishing in Peebles.

Heading north from Gretna, travelling up bonnie Loch Lomond side, we eventually pass over Rannoch Moor and down into eerie, mystical Glencoe for our second nights stop overlooking the sunset on Loch Linnhe.

Onward north-west taking in the most superb roads as frequently mentioned in the motorcycle press as ‘must do roads’, then up hairpin bends overlooking the Five Sisters of Kintail, we arrive by ferry at our third overnight stop, on Skye.

Back to the mainland, we head further north, the beach sand getting whiter and the water more inviting but you don’t have time for a swim until we reach the furthest northerly tip of Scotland where we have the best beach imaginable for the bravehearts amongst you. Bring your trunks and towel. At the hotel lunch stop, a herd of stags are often grazing immediately in front of you.  We then reach the top of Scotland for our fourth night in very comfortable surroundings with more delicious menu choices.

Southward through Sutherland’s deeply scoured valleys, long single track roads running alongside rivers which eventually lead us onto a Speyside distillery trip near the magical village of Findhorn overlooking the beautiful Moray Firth.

Climbing into the Cairngorms, passing through places famous in winter as impassable then down to Balmoral Castle and into Perthshire gently rolling wooded landscape, before passing around Edinburgh to finish up for your last night in Peebles.  Our four star hotel is set well above the town and has tranquil views across Dollar Law and beyond. At the end of a good trip, the fine food and relaxing facilities at this four star hotel will leave you with memories you will want to share.
